Klasik S 120 is a prefabricated wooden home, presenting a a compact solution for those seeking the attributes of spacious houses on just 120 m2 of living space. With a modern ground floor design and optimal room layout in the attic, the house creates an ambiance of homeliness, brightness and warmth.
On the ground floor, the living area is organized as an open, bright space with excellent space utilisation. The kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room, which offers perfect comfort and relaxation while allowing residents to spend quality time watching movies, reading or socialising. In addition to the entrance with a wardrobe, the ground floor also features a guest toilet and utility room with a laundry area. What is more, the ground floor also allows for the installation of a shower for pets.
In the attic, there are three bedrooms, which are characterised by thoughtfully placed skylights that invite natural sunlight and comfort into the interior. Here, you will also find a large bathroom, which according to the customer’s wishes features either a bathtub or a shower.
S 120 is available in two versions: Klasik and Trend. The Trend version features and extended roof that shades the living area of the house, reducing heat load during summer heatwaves and providing a covered outdoor area for relaxation and free time. At the customer’s request, we can install everything necessary for an outdoor kitchen, which further facilitates social gatherings all year round.
