Klasik V 146 is a prefabricated wooden home that offers an excellent layout that provides comfort for all family members. On 146 m², the house ensures a high quality of living and represents an ideal solution to the fast-paced modern lifestyle.
The centrally located entrance to the house leads through a foyer with a wardrobe into the living area, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are designed as a single, spacious area. Large glass surfaces ensure plenty of natural light, while also inviting the living environment to extend outward to the terrace and garden, an additional seasonal room under a bioclimatic pergola, or a covered outdoor kitchen if the customer so desires. In the living room, there is enough space for a fireplace to conjure comfort and warmth during cold winter days. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a shower, storage room under the staircase, utility room and laundry room.
The attic is designed with a modern and functional lifestyle in mind. As such, it offers two separate bathrooms with showers. Two comfortable children’s rooms provide a pleasant space for play, learning and creativity. The bedroom is spacious and bright, and the wardrobe is designed as a separate room. At the customer’s request, a direct entrance from the bedroom is also possible.
