The design of Trend H 147 prefabricated wooden home boasts a thoughtfully arranged layout on a floor plan of 147 m², allowing for a comfortable and pleasant living.
The centrally located entrance to the house leads through an anteroom with a wardrobe area into the living space, where the kitchen, dining room and living room intertwine to form a harmonious whole. Large glass surfaces ensure a bright and pleasant living space, while also allowing the indoor environment to extend outward to the terrace or garden, an additional summer room under a bioclimatic pergola or even a covered outdoor kitchen if the customer so desires. In the living area, there is enough space for a fireplace, which will conjure a cozy and warm atmosphere during cold winter days. The ground floor also features a small bathroom with a shower, a storage room under the staircase and a utility that doubles as a laundry room.
The attic includes two spacious children’s rooms, which offer a comfortable space for playing, studying or creativity. The master bedroom is spacious, bright and designed with a separate wardrobe. The attic bathroom is characterised by comfort and spaciousness, allowing residents to install a large shower or bathtub. There is enough space for two sinks, and a there is also a handy dresser for storing towels and cosmetics. The design of central common area allows for many different adaptations, potentially doubling as a children’s playroom, study or extra wardrobe.
