Trend V 146 is a prefabricated wooden home offering an excellent room layout and providing the utmost comfort for all family members. With a floor area of 146 m², the house ensures a high quality of living and supports a fast-paced modern lifestyle.
The centrally located entrance to the house leads through a foyer with a wardrobe into the living area, where the kitchen, dining room and living room are designed as one spacious area. Large glass surfaces ensure plenty of natural light, while also visually extending the living environment outward to the terrace or garden, additional summer room under a bioclimatic pergola or a covered outdoor kitchen if the customer so desires.
In the living room, there is enough space to install a fireplace, which will create a cozy warm atmosphere during cold winter days. The ground floor of the house also features a bathroom with a shower, a storage room under the staircase and a utility that doubles as a laundry room.
The attic is designed with a modern and functional lifestyle in mind, offering two separate bathrooms with showers. Two comfortable children’s rooms provide a pleasant space for playing, studying and creativity. The master bedroom is spacious and bright, and the adjoining wardrobe is designed as a separate room.
