The new Jelovica collection follows our guiding principle – “Made just for you.” Each house is thus designed as a unique piece, tailored to the size and position of your plot, your preferences and your way of life. Choosing from four architectural styles (Classic, Trend, Cube, Prima) and various sizes is only the beginning.

Jelovica houses are architecturally refined, energy-efficient and build sustainably. They are designed using high-quality wood – the integral part of all our constructions – and other natural materials. Production in Preddvor is carried out using 100% renewable energy sources.
