Reach out to us once you have selected a land plot for your construction. Besides your lifestyle, what also matters in the initial conceptual stages is the location, which includes the microclimate, land slope, sunlight exposure and even the municipality.
The duration of construction depends on several factors. The actual assembly of the house from delivery to the site onwards normally takes about 90 days if the end goal is the third stage, or around 180 days if you are aiming for the fifth construction stage.
Very roughly, the path to a new house proceeds through the following steps:
- Creation of the preliminary design,
- Preparation of documentation for obtaining all the necessary permits and plans,
- Production of prefabricated house elements in the factory,
- On-site assembly,
- Moving in.
