By choosing different customisation options and finishes, your house can become completely unique – just the way you want it.
Roof
You can choose between concrete, brick, fiber (Eternity) or sheet metal (Prefa) roofing in various colours.
Eaves
Eaves can be classic, enclosed in the wall or you can opt for a roof without them. You can choose between round and square gutters. Additional light can be provided with dormers of various shapes.
Wall assembly
With each house, you can choose between a standard wall assembly and a ventilated wall assembly with cladding made of wood, aluminum or fiber boards.
Windows & doors
Our houses are installed with Jelovica wooden, wooden-aluminium or aluminum windows and entrance doors from our trusted partners.
Terraces
The appearance and utility of the terrace can be completed with a wooden floor, various ceramic or terracotta tiles or with polished concrete.
Canopies
We provide the preparation and installation of wooden or bioclimatic pergolas and wooden or metal carport canopies with various accessories.
Construction stages
In just six months, we can complete the construction of your new home ready for moving in, or we can finish sooner and leave the final touches to you.
BASIC
3rd construction stage
Scope: Completed exterior structure
Duration: 90 days
- Construction site organization (construction sign, toilet, insurance during construction).
- Construction of a wooden house structure (external and internal walls, roof structure).
- Poduction and assembly of the wooden home.
- Installation of external joinery (windows, doors).
- Covering the house with roofing and sheet metal work.
- Insulation of the wall assembly with a decorative finishing layer.
MEDIUM
4th construction stage
Scope: Rough assembly work
Duration: 120 days
- All benefits of the Basic construction stage.
- Rough routing of electrical installations in walls.
- Rough routing of installations for heating and ventilation.
- Rough routing of plumbing installations.
- Closing of walls and ceilings.
- Execution of screed.
FINAL
5th construction stage
Scope: Turnkey home
Duration: 180 days
- All benefits of the Medium construction stage.
- Painting.
- Installation of fine electrical wiring (sockets, switches) and mechanical installations.
- Supply and commissioning of heating and ventilation equipment (e.g., heat pump).
- Ceramic works and floor coverings.
- Installation of sanitary equipment.
- Interior wooden stairs.
- Interior doors.
